• Stress Relief-3 large teabags–Rose Petals, Lavender, Chamomile and Eucalyptus
• Soothing Herb & Oat-3 large teabags–Oat Flour, Chamomile, Lavender, Marshmallow Root and Calendula
• Sleepy Baby-5 small teabags–Lavender and Chamomile

Simply put a teabag in the muslin bag & hang from the tub spout as it fills….squeeze & let it float in the bath as you soak or rub gently on your skin. Hang to dry and reuse.
